While flying, lack of movement leads to fluid build-up around the body which leads to increased health risks. 18% of all passengers also feel anxiety.

Fit For Flight´s mission is to enable all our users (in more than 100 countries) to travel healthy, whether you wish to focus on movement, mindfulness or anxiety specific exercises.
